Skilled Medical Nurse

Registered nurses strive to improve your overall health status by empowering you to manage your diagnoses. Our registered nurses are qualified in providing education to enhance your knowledge of your new diagnoses or one you are having trouble managing. Our registered nurses are qualified in wound care, diabetic management, hypertension management, IV (intravenous) infusion therapy, medication teaching and administration, and much more.

Do you have a new or existing wound or surgical site that needs management?

Do you need assistance managing your medication?

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists strive to encourage patients to become more independent at home with basic every day tasks. Our occupational therapists provide at home activities and interventions to be able to improve everyday function.
